BAGEL IN THE OVEN?
Palestinians might be good at lots of things but chant slogan champs they're not: "O Condaleezza, you are a condara [shoe]". Political cartoons aren't their specialty, either.

Perhaps it has a particular meaning in the context.
It does: a spinster cannot be pregnant without violating Islamic law. The cartoon is probably highly insulting.
