$10 MILLION BET SEA LEVEL WON'T RISE

A flat, low-lying oceanfront parcel of land in Western Australia looks certain to be sold for a record price:
A BEACHFRONT block in the South-West will set a state record for a single residential site if it sells for more than $10 million when tenders close this month.
Maybe the buyer's a recluse who doesn't watch TV or read newspapers and has never heard of Al Gore. Regardless, sea level won't have to rise by much to make this land worthless.
