Hall is a confirmed stalker. Last year, he mailed scotch out to bloggers in return for information on other bloggers' identities. In addition, he had a history of involvement with police. He is not to be trusted.

I have no idea what the claim about Hall and the police refers to. My only experience with him is as the world's least literate yet most ego-struck blogger.
