Letter, Bombs.
In today's SMH:
Like guns, the danger posed by bombs is a factor of who controls them. Unfortunately 'peace activists' seem to have a continuing inability to distinguish Good from Evil. So they equate Iran's nuclear aspirations with those of modern democracies. Or slag off American factory munitions for killing children accidentally but say nothing of exploding Muslim teenagers whose parents cheer at their deliberate murder of other children. Apparently that's not as much of an evil weapon...
Will the US use its new facilities in Darwin to store cluster bombs? If so Australians are entitled to know."Cluster bombs kill and maim vast numbers of children". As opposed to all those other types of bombs? Well, except this one perhaps.
Cluster bombs kill and maim vast numbers of children. If there was ever a truly evil weapon this is it. Gillard must state whether Australia will be a party to this crime.

Check out more bigoted racism on Damian Lataan's anti-Jewish hate-site:
"compliant Western mainstream media"?
"Aren't we talking about the hebrew tribe here?"

Damian doesn't accept many comments on his website. But he definitely does stoop down to accepting racist canards, bowing to ancient xenophobic stereotypes against Jews.
Damian Lataan discriminates because he is a filthy racist.
Perhaps Meghan is singling out cluster munitions as they are subject to international bans and are widely recognised as a distinct type of weapon because of their longevity (i.e. ability to kill innocent people after conflict has ended). Maybe she is mentioning the US because it is not willing to ban the use of cluster munitions.
Your post seems to rest on the straw man assumption that Meghan supports Iranian nukes while opposing the use of cluster bombs by states such as Israel (in Lebanon) and the US because she is a hypocrite or somehow a supporter of suicide bombing. The fact is you don't have a clue what you're talking about.
