Liberal logic
Conservative bloggers react to liberals with humour or ridicule, or both. Liberal bloggers react to conservatives with crying or nastiness, or both. Liberal case in point, Tim Dunlop, who gets all indignant over supposed inconsistencies in anti-liberal sentiments expressed by Joe Scarborough. Really, there's nothing in it – Scarborough waxes hyperbolic, but isn't inconsistent, and why would anyone bother to take notice, anyway? Dunlop's overriding point is that Republicans, as part of the "Bush doctrine", vilify liberals whenever possible.
Interesting point by Dunlop, especially considering the follow-up comment from the ever charming, oh-so-smart Glenn Condell:
Crying, nastiness, rumour-mongering and vilification from the moral high ground.

Isn't Scarborough the bloke who had an intern found murdered in his Congressional Office? What ever happened there? Anyone know? Not likely, Joe didn't have a D after his name. Wonder if they ever found the black box from Wellstone's plane too... maybe it's gone to wherever the car Nicola Calipari was murdered in disappeared to. The Memory Hole perhaps.
What a country.
Crying, nastiness, rumour-mongering and vilification from the moral high ground.
