IT'S ONLY MONEY

The Brussels Journal reports that two European Parliament committees recently met simultaneously: the Committee on Budgetary Control, which has to sign off on the fraud-riddled 2004 EU budget; and the Committee on Legal Affairs/Foreign Affairs, which considered the alleged CIA jails in Eastern Europe.
