ROOT CAUSES REVISITED

Mayhe it's just me but it seems like Mohamed ElBaradei is having a go at Bush in comments at a Japan press conference:

"Countries try to develop nuclear weapons because they sometimes feel insecure, they sometimes feel threatened and they sometimes feel that nuclear weapons will bring some power and prestige."

"We need to work on all these motivations."

Yeah, it's really important to figure out what motivates "peerless leader" Kim Jong Il to want nuclear weapons. Then we can do something about it, right?
