DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SURGES

Increasingly the perpetrators are women:
There has been a startling increase in the number of women who are the perpetrators of domestic violence.

New South Wales Bureau of Crime Statistics figures show that over the past eight years, the number of women charged with domestic abuse has rocketed by 159 per cent.
As noted, men are loath to attempt to restrain violent partners out of fear it will be wrongly assumed they are the aggressor. Active self-defense is out of the question.

AI, I wondered the same thing and suspect that 'back in the day' a man would never report such a thing for fear of being branded weak.

However, I also look at violence on the streets, and young educated 19 year old girls getting in punch-ups with police, and can't help but think the former case is also quite likely.

Anon@8:08. That's ridiculous. The sheer nastiness (and weirdness) of that comment makes me think that you might be a fake commentator trying to slime J.F.

"In Keri's life he's one of the things that batter."

My eyes took a battering looking at that photo. But anyway, I don't like the reference to "things that batter". That's wrong and a nasty allegation.

The worse women perpetrators are women in marketing. They laugh a lot, sound confident, make the right noises, but when they have to make decisions, business aint their bag. From my experience, 1 marketing female in 50 marketing females makes sound business decisions; it's not in their make up. Maybe that's why so many of the female BCom's head into the public service straight out of Uni. Particularly in Adelaide.

Alex. Unlike you, the business world doesn't need surveys to tell it what to do. It just does it. Successful women become successful based on decision making. One doesn't need 'evidence' as you kindly put it. The proof of the pudding is in the eating. Successful women succeed, and there are fewer of them. What world do you live in? Pratville by the sound of it.
