He's on a sticky wicket there. What is she was happy for one position but not others? What if she was too drunk to consent?
I'm amazed he has pleaded guilty and that seemingly negotiation with the prosecution was not able to reduce the charge.
Why was he charged? There is no mention of a complaint.

I notice you all avoid the topic of the post. Beck obviously thinks this case isn't rape. If he gets drunk, and wakes up with a mouth full of schlong sputum, should we consider it a merely 'technical rape'?
