Does Iran already have nuclear weapons?

Over recent years there have been conflicting reports on Iran's nuclear ambitions, with most supposedly authoritative sources saying the country was still some years away from building a bomb, provided that it actually aims to build a bomb. Well, now the International Atomic Energy Agency has admitted it has no idea what Iran is up to or how advanced its nuclear program is:

Iran's declaration of the [formerly secret enrichment] facility reduces the level of confidence in the absence of other nuclear facilities under construction and gives rise to questions about whether there were any other nuclear facilities in Iran which [have] not been declared to the agency.

So for all anyone knows Iran is already nuclear armed. The Israelis must be getting itchy trigger fingers, so to speak.
