Crikey targets a teenage McDonald's employee's youthful appearance with Pure Poison's Jeremy Sear adding insult to injury by making fun of the lad's name:
This might just be an ex-young-looking-teenager speaking, but it seems to me that Daniel Gooley, the McDonald’s employee (who is therefore at least 14), might already be struggling with issues relating to his not particularly mature physical appearance. (Also his surname.)Lefties are ever so thoughtful.

LOL.
I doubt that Daniel Gooley or anyone in his circle has heard of Crikey, Leigh Josey, or Jeremy Sear. And if they had, I doubt they'd care very much what the Crikey cohorts had to say about them. Having said that, Sear has jumped to a conclusion (not for the first time) totally unsupported by anything that was written in the "offending" article.
The best way to argue that a news organisation has unfairly victimised a teen is to perpetuate the article by spreading it further and further.
And Sear (who still looks 14)should talk.
He's so ashamed of his own name that he does not use it. And so ashamed of his mother that he's denied being her son on several occasions.
So, a 14 year old gets off his arse and works at Maccas. Jezza's response is to mock and vilify. No doubt he will have a piece later on workers rights without any sense of irony whatsoever.
Having a prominent thing on the internet like Crikey mocking him around the nation...
