Disability corrected
The fact that Jeremy Sear is hard of hearing helps explain many of his rants: the poor guy simply couldn't hear properly. A hearing aid solved the problem.
Now all he needs do is get his eyes checked and be fitted with the corrective lenses he needs – given his vanity, I suggest contacts – and he'll be able to read and research properly.
Jeez, I feel so bad for, you know, picking on a disabled person.

How on earth did a hearing deficiency bad enough to require a hearing aid go unnoticed his whole life? Don't children have hearing checks anymore?
The three tests I remember we all had done in primary school were eyesight, hearing, and for scoliosis. I had my littlies checked prior to sending them to kindy.
Parents, let this be a reminder: Take your kiddies in for full physicals every now and then.
He is now officially a defo lawyer.
What other short comings does poor Jeremy have and do you think he'll tell about the more private ones?
