Just following orders

The ACLU has used the Freedom of Information Act to obtain reams of documents related to the prisoner abuse scandal. The documents include details on the detention of women, children and innocent Iraqis. One reveals the abuse of a 17 year old female allegedly forced by drunken Americans to reveal her breasts and let them kiss her.

The sexual abuse of a young female prisoner is very bad. I suppose this was probably ordered by either Rumsfeld or one of his generals. The detention of the kiddies was, however, probably a good thing: it seems they weren't abused and were probably safer in prison, and better fed, than they would have been on the outside. The innocent Iraqis were held for ... well, no reason. (It must be a military mindset thing.)
