The speaker of the Cuban National Assembly says President Fidel Castro is making a significant recovery from illness and may even stand for a new term in elections next year.If he does stand, he'll "probably" "win".

I know this is naughty of me, but when I envisage what will happen when Fidel dies, I can't help thinking of Weekend at Bernie's - maybe they'll keep carrying Fidel's body around, still denying that he is dead...
