Becky -- Ken Crispin was the judge responsible for the appalling judgement in the Anu Singh case (the girl who murdered Joe Cinque).
Oh dear. That's bloody pathetic. Doesn't make the law look good, does it? There'll be an appeal in the pipeworks, I suspect.
