NEW PANDEMIC THREAT
Time wasting:
Computer gaming addiction is reaching “pandemic” proportions around the world, according to a Swedish organization poised to take a leading role in helping young people cope with the problem. There is an alternative: get a job.
“This is a huge hidden problem in a lot of countries and it doesn’t get the same kind of attention because it takes place largely behind closed doors rather than out in public,” Sven Rollenhagen of the Youth Care Foundation (Stiftelsen Ungdomsvård) told The Local.

I don't suppose it would have occurred to you Beck, that the reason they're playing computer games is because there is no job to be had.
Unlike the imaginary job you possess Lataan ...
Oh snap.
Isn't all this just a computer game?
Jimmy Boy, nobody cares what you believe.
Except for you, of course. Otherwise why respond? LC
I don't care; I respond to ensure that Jimmy Boy gets the message.
In which case you do care. I've seen jellyfish with more self awareness. LC
jellyfish have a function. Also they don't draw student benefits
land of Kalimdor LOL
Btw, I hope noone minds the off topic nature of my comment. Seeing that Damo has decided to make this thread all about him again, we might as well have some fun at his expense.
Gee, I get a mention in just about every post.
Lataan, we are laughing at you not with you, now sod off back to where ever it is you came from.
JF, you seem to be linking computer game addiction and unemployment. Is that what the study says? I must have missed that part of the article. As far as I know, people with jobs can also play computer games. Others blog.
Clown, it says that people use their time to play games rather than advance their careers. That doesn't mean they don't have jobs. As I said, there is no mention of unemployment at all. If I have missed something perhaps you can point it out.
That's an interesting blog you have Toaf
There's too many damiens on this thread and I forget how to spell them all, but Damien (Toaf), that's my reading of the article too. LC
No post since Friday and this is Beck's next effort. Still I guess it's a slight improvement on his usual self-gratification over Sear, Bridges and Loewenstein.
Peculiarly means exclusively, you bufoon! And it comes, as said above, from ABC comedy shows of the ealr 90s - d-gen, I think. LC
Dwamos a Shoe Horn Engineer
Well, at least you took time out to check over my blog. I can't help you though if you're too thick to make any sense of it. You're better off sticking with the dumb gullible here if you find stories about expensive shoe-horns impressive.
Gee, even more stuff about me!
On a thread that you've made all about you. You do have some issues, don't you? LC
Anon at 9:24, yes because your left wing mate's constant "twat" remarks are so much better, aren't they? But do carryon... Lattecat
You consider 'Lattetwat' an insult? What, did you just log on to the internet 5 minutes ago?
Thank you 10.37am. Our posts must crossed. You took the words right out of my mouth.
"My goodness now Lataan answers his own posts."
Like most things he does in life, not very well. What on earth does this mean?
"Our posts must crossed."
Oh, well spotted Jimmy Boy!!
Of course, I meant to write 'our posts must have crossed', but you've caught me out Jimmy Boy! What a hero! You've left me utterly humiliated! How can I ever show my face on the blogosphere again?!!
Twat.
Anon at 11:27, that was great. LC
Damian, you are currently at step 7!
