DUMBNESS EXPORTED

Antony Loewenstein is traveling to Indonesia, according to him, as a "guest of the Ubud Writers and Readers Festival in Bali." His Ubud page tells a slightly different story: "Antony Loewenstein appears courtesy of the Australia Council." What the heck is the "Australian Council"? According to the festival's sponsors page it's actually the Australian Council for the Arts. So it appears that Loewenstein's jaunt to Indonesia to spread the anti-Israel message is funded, at least in part, by the Australian government. Hopefully some of the local terrorist types will attend at least one of his talks; their IQs will then be too low for bomb building. Tax dollars wisely spent.
