Perth thieves travel in style

Thieves used a stolen late model Range Rover to ram their way into a suburban shopping centre, drove through the centre to a lottery kiosk which they demolished, loaded up the safe and then drove back out to make good their escape. Police think the heist might have been "planned". Ya reckon?
