Iraq duty improves soldiers' mental health

Representative Lane Evans (D-Il):
"If estimates hold, we can expect at least 17 percent of those men and women returning from deployment in Iraq to have a post-deployment mental health issue."
Serving in Iraq is obviously beneficial; the incidence and prevelance of adult mental illness in the US is over 22%.
