EXECUTIVES OVERPAID, PM TO BLAME
Australia's most prominent lefty blogger thinks Australia's top CEOs are grossly overpaid and the Prime Minister is to blame, or something like that. So engaging is his post, a colleague can't be bothered following Mr Prominent's links:
Mark Bahnisch: Some interesting figures and commentary on CEO pay in this JAPE article.Typically, Mr Prominent-but-casual manages to misspell "termination". Oh yeah, the linked article (pdf) isn't exactly airtight, it gives the average termination payment for Australian CEOs for the period 2000-2005 as $AU3,266,199,000,000. That could be a bit high.
Christopher Sheil: Um, Mark, that’s the same article I linked in the post.

Just a tad.
"Jape" is a word that means "joke".
