Australia's self-appointed, shamelessly self-promoting Israel/Palestine "expert" on the non-threat status of Hamas:

HAMAS may say it wants to destroy the State of Israel, but it certainly doesnt have the means to do so.

But, they would if they could. Israel, on the other hand, could but hasn't.
