Australians encouraged to eat camel meat

Rather than shoot feral camels and leaving them to rot, Australians should eat more camel meat. If anyone has a stew pot the size of a small swimming pool and a really big barbecue, roast camel Saudi-style could catch on.

I tried a camel rib fillet recently from a butcher in Cairns which was very similar to a beef rib fillet but at $38 a kilo not worth persevering with as an alternative to the beef .......
