BMW stands by its products

In April I lashed out by buying a BMW Streetguard motorcycle jacket from Procycles Hornsby. The jacket is a delight to wear in cooler conditions and proved to be totally rain-proof. Unfortunately, one of the jacket's waterproof zippers failed in November so I posted it back to Procycles, which soon thereafter notified me that a replacement jacket has been sent to me no questions asked.
