Jewishness questioned
Atheist Jew Antony Loewenstein condemns Sarah Palin for wearing a Star of David necklace at a 'seder' dinner on the second night of Passover.
In contrast, proud atheist Jew Antony spent a part of Passover at a Merrickville Council meeting.
Dan Lewis responds:
In his address to the Marrickville Council, Antony uses one his favourite words, "countless", in referring to "countless" UN resolutions. This will be news to the UN, which manages to number both its General Assembly and Security Council resolutions.

4 Comments:
"Countless" could be Ant's definition of 'a number greater that five, because changing hands when counting is confusing'.
Has he managed to link himself to the Mearsheimer/Walt/Powers/Rice group of thinkers on "our Jewish problem"? Or does he continue to scurry about the periphery?
Cheer
I think Antony styles himself as the next John Pilger.
Unlike Loewenstein however, whatever you think about Pilger's politics, at least he can string a sentence together.
I think Antony's career has peaked. If he were based in America, perhaps he could get some Iranian or Saudi funding for his antisemitic work. It's a shame he's so stupid that he regards as his friend people who would happily see him killed.
I always thought that antony was the sort of bloke who couldn't count to 21 with his pants on.
Yes. Young Antony certainly is doing his bit to undo any stereotypes that Jewish people are smart.
I'm sure if you gave him a penny for his thoughts, you'd get some change back...
