Harsh but unfair.
A Rochester New York TV station reports on a a fried chicken shortage, making that "racist" KFC advert look pretty tame by comparison.

Perhaps an American can enlighten me, but I don't understand why it's racist to suggest blacks like fried chicken.I know that for the most part, Jewish people like chicken soup, Asians like noodles and Aussies like beer. What's the big deal?Obviously I may have missed some American history, so feel free to enlighten me.
Fried chicken and watermelon, the stereotypical black foods. At one time it was chitlins, fatback, ribs and the like.
But is that stereotype considered negative and/or racist?Or is it simply a food preference, like the stereotypes I raised earlier.
To allude to blacks' liking for fried chicken is considered stereotypically racist. It's an oversensitivity thing.
Okay. I'll stick to making jokes about cops and doughnuts.
Whites unfortunately now have a double standard to the existence of our freedoms. Free speech is just one form of reverse discrimination that blacks simply don't face - they can say anything about themselves- and I mean anything, and it's more acceptable for them. Whites have to be P.C. or risk 'racist' violence- No Kidding. It's the real deal and the not-so-new reality in the U.S.'s major and mid-sized cities -a brutally mixed culture of violence, gangster- rap/hip hop music, drugs, and an entertainment industry-fueled culture of violence, etc.- So much we've bowed under out of fear to surrender free speech. But so what, we've still got our teeth, right? HOT TOPIC 4 USA-ans...and it's geting worse every day.
Siam Man, I'm not sure about that. Most minority groups can get away with self-deprecating humour based on stereotypes. An Asian comedian can do Asian jokes that an Anglo comic couldn't. etc.
