DANGER IS HIS MIDDLE NAME

The banner and first sentence from an article in the Jakarta Globe:
‘Anti-Zionist’ Jew: Author of ‘My Israel Question’ Heads for Bali

For a person who gets hate mail and death threats on a regular basis, Antony Loewenstein remains surprisingly cheerful.
Buoyant despite "regular" Zionist threats on his life, Loewenstein is one brave man. Or, maybe not:
“I don’t want to suggest that I feel that my life is in jeopardy, I don’t want to exaggerate, but unfortunately, yes, I get a lot of attacks from Jewish people,” Loewenstein said during a phone interview ...
So the threats, if they exist at all, aren't threatening and he's not under police protection with explosive sniffing dogs checking out his car before he starts it. Jeez, Australia's hateful, dissent-quashing Zionists are so disappointing.

Update: In perhaps the understatement of the century Loewenstein reckons Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is "a very silly Muslim boy".

Damian, I think it's pretty fair to say you have outstayed your welcome.

Dan is right. People whose views earn them genuine death threats tend to go to ground at least some of the time, not doing the talkshow circuit.
