SPRING SPRUNG
Quadrant online has published a piece I wrote on the anti-DDT, anti-chemical exaggerations and lies foisted on the public by Rachel Carson in Silent Spring, the environmentalists' bible. Read it here.
Harsh but unfair.

Wow, that's great. Congratulations.
Well, it's pretty great. Not great-great in the Whoopie Goldberg scale of achievement. Great-Great would be a published story by Crikey. Speaking of which, I wonder if any of the PP boyz have had their material lifted from blogland and plunked into a Crikey column?
Congrats Beck!
Great work, JF. Can now be used as a ready reference whenever Tim Lambert (UNSW) comes out of the swamp lying about DDT.
One thing: I recall some time ago that you caught the venomous cherub lying through omission: that is by selectively quoting from Carson.
Do you recall what he left that was in Carson's book, as I want to have it handy whenever he tries to pull a fast one.
I think ti was to do with cancer which Carosn straight out lied about and Lambert (UNSW) dishonestly omitted which is par for the course when it comes to him.
Congrats. Good piece, too.
Kudos. A very nicely written and informative article.
Should Carson not be held accountable for the deaths of countless thousands in Africa and elsewhere from Malaria?
You clowns are funny.
